Ingredients
8chopped strawberries
6whole strawberries
4tbspsugar free strawberry jam
⅓cupcottage cheese
1cupalmond milk
4tbspchia seeds
2tbspstevia
2tbspchopped pistachios
2tspmonk fruit honey (optional)
Directions
In a blender mix 6 whole strawberries, cottage cheese, almond milk and stevia.
Whisk in chia seeds.
Grab two containers, in each add strawberry jam at the bottom, add 2 tbsp of chopped strawberries. Then add chia mixture, close and refrigerate at least 30 min. For best consistency refrigerate overnight.
Before serving add 1 or 2 tbsp chopped strawberries, add chopped pistachios, and a drizzle of monk fruit honey. Enjoy!
